DAMAGED ITEMS

If your purchase is damaged on arrival please get in contact as soon as possible and where possible provide photographic evidence. Ship back within 1 week (7 days) of receiving and I'll gladly refund or send out a replacement. 

UNWANTED 

Please get in contact as soon as possible and ship  back within 1 week (7days) of receiving. For a full refund the item must be unused and in it's original packaging.

No refund on shipping charges.

Buyers are responsible for shipping returns cost. If the item is not retuned in it's original condition, the buyer is response for any loss in value.

It is down to the customer to provide custom charges where needed.
