You will need to ship the item back to us within 1 week (7 days) of receiving the item. Once we have received the item back we will organise a refund or a replacement product.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to ship the item back to us within 1 week (7 days) of receiving the item. To be eligible for a full refund the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We do not provide refunds on shipping costs for unwanted items. Buyers are also responsible for paying shipping return costs.
